6 years agoWe were staying the the George Washington and popped in to the half note for a happy hour drink. Both the service and happy hour were good. Daily happy hour during the week from5-7, $7 martinis, $4 rail drinks.

11 months agoThe Half Note Lounge is a relaxing and comfortable place to enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine while listening to some fine performers on piano or guitar. The food menu offers many tasty selections and prices are reasonable. The charcuterie board is exceptional!

6 years agoHusband planned a getaway for our 41st Anniversary while staying at the George Washington Hotel in Winchester, Va. The half note music each night & the setting was romantic & so relaxing. Like stepping back in time.
